Previously, Rupert established Foundation Property Management in Abu Dhabi, UAE which is now one of Abu Dhabi’s largest property asset management companies.

Rupert originally worked at GVA Saxon Law following on from a degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading.

Rupert worked for five years in the well respected Investment and Development Team of GVA where he carried out origination, structuring, due diligence, execution and asset management on both investments and developments in a team of four, culminating in an acquisition drive of c.£4 billion.

Rupert has experience in the loan security and asset backed valuation market as well as consulting on and appraising developments for a diverse range of clients.

James is now focused on asset management and advising a small number of extremely high calibre investors in the UK property market.

James joined GVA Saxon Law in 2002 having completed a Real Estate degree in Oxford.

James gained experience in GVA Saxon Law’s Management and Leasing departments before returning full time to the Investment department.

Whilst in the Investment and Development Team, James worked in a team of four on the largest acquisition spree ever seen in the Central London office market.

After four years, James was seconded to Abu Dhabi where he and Rupert Mitchell started Foundation Property Management. Foundation is now one of Abu Dhabi’s largest property asset management companies.

From 1989-2000 he worked for Richard Ellis, initially in the Fund Management division, and subsequently as a Director in the London Investment Division, buying and selling, commercial property investments for UK and overseas investors.

In 2000 Richard moved to Catella, a Swedish property consultancy, and subsequently joined GVA Saxon Law where he spent 7 years and became an equity partner, representing both private and institutional clients on property investment transactions throughout the UK.

Over the years Richard has developed strong relationships with a number of the UK’s leading institutions, property companies and overseas private investors and has considerable experience in dealing with all property investment types.

Upon qualification he specialised in property investment joining the Investment Department in 1999 working mainly on the Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust.

Christopher subsequently joined GVA Grimley Ltd in 2000. He worked at first in the Central London Investment Team prior to joining the National Investment Team in 2003.

With over 15 years experience within two of the UK’s premier Property Consultancy firms he has a detailed understanding and knowledge of the commercial property investment market.

Christopher is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Will entered GVA on the graduate program gaining experience firstly in the property management department before settling into the West End agency team.
